Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms explain how CannaRadar may be used as a Canada-first cannabis directory, education resource, and community platform.

You must meet the legal age where you live before using CannaRadar. Legal age is 18+ in Alberta, 21+ in Quebec, and 19+ in most other provinces and territories.

Directory, not checkout

CannaRadar helps people compare businesses, products, strains, education, and community answers. We do not run direct cannabis checkout or delivery.

Use local rules

Confirm hours, menus, service areas, licensed retailer status, and provincial or territorial rules before visiting, ordering, reviewing, or relying on a listing.

1

Legal age and Canadian use

CannaRadar is intended for people who meet the legal age for cannabis information, purchase, and consumption in their province or territory. Cannabis rules vary across Canada, including age, possession, public use, delivery, and home growing.

2

Accounts and community conduct

If you create an account, keep your information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Violating provincial cannabis laws, making illegal sales offers, harassment, spam, sharing private identity details, or presenting medical claims as facts is prohibited. Reviews, messages, forum posts, photos, listing edits, and reports must be based on real experiences.

3

Directory listings and products

CannaRadar is a discovery directory and education platform. It does not manufacture, sell, distribute, or endorse any cannabis products, and it does not process cannabis orders or payments. Business details, menus, products, hours, service areas, and availability can change, so confirm important details directly with the business or licensed retailer.

4

Owner tools and claims

Business owners may submit listings, claim listings, request corrections, and manage eligible owner tools. Claiming connects an account to listing management after review or verification, but it does not automatically create a platform verification badge.

5

Content rights and moderation

You are responsible for content you submit. By submitting content, you allow CannaRadar to display, moderate, edit for safety or formatting, remove, or decline content when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or preserve directory quality.

6

No medical or legal advice

CannaRadar content is for discovery and education only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Speak with qualified professionals and check provincial or territorial rules before making cannabis decisions.

7

Limitation of liability

CannaRadar is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CannaRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages related to use of the service or reliance on directory information.

8

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes. When changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the site or account channels.
