Include the page, listing name, account email, and steps to reproduce the issue when possible.
How tickets are handled
- Urgent: security or service-access issues are reviewed first.
- High: major account and listing problems are prioritized.
- Medium or low: general questions and feature requests enter the regular queue.
Tickets are reviewed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern. Response times vary with volume. Do not send IDs, medical details, or payment information.
