6 months agoStudying this for a project and it's fascinating. Metabolism, body fat %, stomach contents, liver enzymes all play a role.
Some people feel edibles in 20 minutes, others take 3+ hours. Plus the whole first-pass metabolism converting THC to 11-hydroxy-THC.
Anyone else nerd out about the pharmacology?

love this stuff! also why some people don't get high from edibles at all - lack of certain liver enzymes
from healthcare perspective this is why dosing is so tricky. everyone's different
