OCS delivery experience - pros and cons

Been using OCS delivery exclusively for the past few months. Here's what I've noticed:

Pros:
- Convenient, discrete packaging
- Better selection than most local stores
- Can research products properly before buying

Cons:
- Can't inspect products before purchase
- Delivery delays sometimes
- Miss the human interaction/advice

Anyone else primarily using delivery?
