Cannabis can help anxiety but also trigger it in some people. Here are tips I've learned for safer use:
• Start low dose, especially with edibles
• CBD can counteract THC anxiety
• Set and setting matter
• Have CBD on hand as 'rescue'
• Know when to stop/take breaks

breathing exercises help when thc gets too intense. 4-7-8 breathing pattern works for me
from healthcare perspective - if cannabis increases anxiety, definitely worth talking to a doctor
