Cannabis can help anxiety but also trigger it in some people. Here are tips I've learned for safer use:

• Start low dose, especially with edibles
• CBD can counteract THC anxiety
• Set and setting matter
• Have CBD on hand as 'rescue'
• Know when to stop/take breaks

Anyone else have anxiety management tips?
