condo board says no growing but it's legal provincially. anyone deal with this conflict?

technically my balcony but they claim it violates building rules

condo boards can make their own rules unfortunately. similar to no smoking policies

same situation here. legal doesn't mean landlords/boards can't prohibit it

might want to check exact wording of your agreement. sometimes there are loopholes
